The Mansion can host both wedding ceremony and reception. For outdoor wedding ceremonies, please see Wilder Park Formal Gardens.
Only one wedding is permitted in the Mansion at one time to ensure exclusivity of your event. Smaller rentals, such as private groups and corporate meetings, may be booked at the same time.
Wilder Mansion offers a list of five preferred caterers to serve your event. While an outside caterer is permitted, there is a $500 administrative fee.
Maximum capacity at the Mansion is 250 people.
All Mansion rentals require a damage deposit and a rental fee. See the Rental Packages page for price listing.
Set-up for your event must occur during your rental period.
You may decorate the Mansion for your event, however you may not tape or tack any decorations to the walls, doors or windows. Confetti, glitter, rice and other like items are not allowed inside or outside of the facility.
Liquor is permitted at the Mansion. Please see your caterer for all bar services.

You are required to leave the Mansion in the same condition as when you arrived.
Wilder Mansion can be booked 18 months in advance.
